IMPETHANE FC-1K

Rapid-Cure • Low VOC’s •  Flexible

IMPETHANE® FC-1K is a fast-curing, single-component, cold-applied polyurethane liquid membrane. It rapidly cures upon contact with atmospheric humidity to form a seamless, highly durable, and weather-resistant liquid membrane. Developed from the proven performance of the two-component IMPETHANE® FC-2K system, this advanced formulation delivers the same professional-grade benefits in a convenient one-pail solution.

Unlike traditional multi-coat systems, IMPETHANE® FC-1K can be applied in a single coat, simplifying application and reducing labor time without compromising performance.

General Application

Prior to application, ensure all roof surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contaminants such as dust, dirt, moss, grease, and debris. Pressure washing is recommended. Once the substrate has been sealed, primed, and reinforced, apply IMPETHANE® FC-1K using a brush or roller in a single coat at a coverage rate of 3.5 US Gallons per 100 ft².

Actual consumption may vary depending on substrate porosity. Consult our technical team prior to installation for project-specific guidance.

IMPETHANE® SC-Zero

Single-Component • Solvent- & VOC-Free.

IMPETHANE® SC-Zero is a single-component, solvent- and VOC-free liquid roof coating formulated with 100% silane polymers. It’s engineered for refurbishment and protection of flat and pitched roofs, delivering a hydrophobic, UV-resistant, seamless coating that’s easy to apply by brush, roller, or spray.

Unlike any other Silicone IMPETHANE® SC-Zero is a next generation 100% Solids Liquid System specifically formulated to achieve all of the high quality premium benefits of Traditional Silicones. IMPETHANE® SC-Zero is a Single-Component • Solvent- & VOC-Free System.

General Application
Prior to applying, clean the surface thoroughly to remove any dust, moss, grease, or standing water, and repair any defects to ensure it’s dry and stable. Treat penetrations, edges, and terminations with compatible sealants or reinforcement as needed. Prime non-porous or glossy areas for better adhesion, then apply SC-Zero evenly by roller, brush, or spray to achieve (1.25 gal/sq) a seamless finish. Protect the fresh coating from rain and debris during curing, following the recommended recoat and traffic guidelines in the TDS.

Actual consumption may vary depending on substrate porosity. For specific recommendations. Consult our technical team prior to installation for project-specific guidance.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Highest Coverage Rates: Easily over achieving at (1.25 Gal/sq)
  • 100% Silane Polymers: Next Gen Modified Silicone.
  • 100% Solids: Wet and Dry Mil Application is the same.
  • No VOC’s: Great For Sensitive Projects (Schools/Hospitals)
  • High Adhesion: Can apply to virtually any previous roofing system
  • Roof Cooling: displaying very high SRI (Solar Reflective Index).
  • High Rheology: allows seamless application on pitched & vertical surfaces

Health & Safety

Before use, review the latest SDS and TDS. Avoid contact with skin or eyes; wash thoroughly after handling. Keep containers tightly closed and stored in original packaging away from heat, sparks, frost, and direct sunlight. Dispose of waste and empty containers in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Note: SDS and TDS sheets are available upon request.

Impeflex™ (Patching)

 Fiber Reinforced • Polyurethane • No VOC’s

Impeflex™ Liquid Membrane for Detailing & Repairs Impeflex™ is a one component, fiber reinforced polyurethane liquid membrane designed for rapid, flexible waterproofing of complex details such as gutters, pipework, and temporary repairs. Impeflex™ is easy to apply straight from the tin with no mixing required, making it ideal for quick, reliable waterproofing and detailing applications.

Impeflex™ is a very easy to use material and great to use in conjunction with impethane SC zero for Lightning fast prep work. Impeflex™ also has other uses as its own stand alone product it is great for patching holes (Reinforced Fabric is not needed for anything under 4 inches) To make it a permanent patching solution a urethane top coat can be used in conjunction.

General Application

Begin by cleaning and preparing the repair area, removing loose materials and ensuring a stable substrate. Treat any penetrations, seams, or termination details with appropriate preparation. Apply Impeflex™ in one even, continuous layer to achieve full coverage and reinforcement where required. Allow the membrane to cure according to manufacturer instructions before traffic or overlay.

IMPEBOND™ MCA

High Tack • Amazing Coverage • TPO/EPDM

IMPEBOND™ MCA is an aggressive, high-tack contact adhesive with excellent temperature resistance and compliance with California VOC standards (SCAQMD Rule 1168). It is formulated for bonding TPO, EPDM, and fleece-back membranes to traditional roofing substrates and can also be used as a primer for self-adhering membranes. The portable, self-contained spray system is ideal for both field and shop applications. With amazing coverage rates this places our product at the peak of its game.

General Application
Clean and dry all bonding surfaces, ensuring they are free of grease, dust, and debris. Apply adhesive evenly to both surfaces (80–100% coverage) using a spray gun or roller. Allow 2–4 minutes (until tacky) before mating surfaces under firm pressure. Porous substrates may need a second coat. The adhesive forms an immediate strong bond, with ultimate strength developing within 1–3 days. Maintain ambient temperature above 60°F (25°F and rising minimum). Warm the canister if chilled or delivering an uneven spray.
